Rhinoplasty is done in order to improve the function and appearance of nose. This surgery is performed under general or local anesthesia. Sutures and external casts are removed after one week. The internal stents are removed after 2 weeks. The swelling can take several months to eliminate. The bleeding can take place for 3-4 days but it subside. Your nostrils will be open after 2 weeks. One of the big post surgery complication is the bleeding called septum perforation. I think you might be having this. Consult your surgeon and discuss this problem for solution.
