You can buy a hamster at pet co, petsmart, or pet guys but remember to ask about the hamster if it has been injured and needs special care

You would find a cute little hamster at any sensible pet store. Hamsters are adorable and quote popular options as pets. Hence, nearly all good pet shops would keep them. If they don't have any available at present, I'm sure they'd be quite happy to obtain one for you. Remember that there are plenty of unwanted animals, not just hamsters that are waiting for re-housing. You might want to try organisations running rescue centres.

Another option is posting a 'pet wanted' sign at your local supermarket and other community hotspots. You are bound to come across someone more than happy to give you a hamster if their hamster has babies. This is because hamsters in general have many litters in a given year with a number of babies in each litter.

You can get a hamster from almost anywhere. I would suggest going to Petsmart. They sell HEALTHY hamsters. Healthy hamsters have full, slightly rounded bodies, soft, dry fur, fur is completely formed, no injuries, no discharge from ANY PART OF THE BODY, accept .... Maybe the butt, clear, shiny black eyes, and small teeth. Clean the cage once a week. Feed quality hamster food. Provide a chew in the habitat at ALL times. Provide an exercise wheel in the cage, a food dish, and a water bottle with fresh water. YEAH. GO PRAYING MANTISES, BLACK WOLVES, AND WHITE DRAGONS WITH NO LEGS BUT STILL HAVE A VERY LONG BODY AND HUGE WINGS. ( eh he he. )

Well I would check out petland, when I got my hamster,it was only $10,my hamster did die a couple of days after that,but that is only because it was under to much stress.My 2 hamster from petland is still living and I got it 4-17 of this year,so go with petland.

Well I bought my hamster from pets at home in lincoln and after 4 days it died so it's advisable not to go to a place where there are only few pets. If you check on other internet sites look for the main things to look for in a healthy hamster and look in as many pet stores as possible to find the best hamster.

DON'T GO TO PETCO! They told me that both of my hamsters were girls, and they WEREN'T. They wouldn't give me a refund, either (not that I didn't keep the hamsters. I had a lot of fun with the EIGHT BABIES!)
Also, you can get them from hamster breeders in your area.

Well.. It depends were you live... I live in edmonton.. London... And if you live there if you go into the edmonton shopping centrue next to the £1 shop then yes there is a pet shop with hamster but then again there is lots of places where you can shop for hamsters.. I just can't name them sorry but I hope I helped..

At a pet store. God dude. DUH! Get off your lazy bum and find one. Besides who needs a hamster. Get a job, kiss a girl or do some ting with your life instead of messing around with a stupid hamster that has the attention spand of a nat!
