I have noticed from time to time that there are days when only one eye on my dog blinks.  The other days both blink in unison as you would expect.  Can this be linked to some medical condition in her brain?  Can that cause other issues; i.e., behavior problems?

Yes it could be maybe their side of the brain that controls that eyelid is somewhat not working in a specific area.

Believe before seeing, just seeing you won't believe what I am saying.  Which eye? The left is a response to God's discipline at heart. The right is a response to God's love at heart.  The days you see both blink are there other issues you see? This can be linked to many conditions. Other issues are before God? Are there behavior problems?
