She is definitely pregnant, normal gestation for dog pregnancy is 59-63 days.  If she nesting, and that's what it sounds like she is doing, looking for a soft comfortable place to give birth.  If her Vulva is swollen most likely she is getting ready to go into labor, probably today, and if not today within the next day or so.  If she hasn't eaten today that is a sign, that she is in labor, sometimes they wont eat or they will eat and then vomit, because of the pains.  You can also, tell if her pupils are dilated and you can take a rectal temperature and if it drops below 100, that is usually a sign as well.  Normal temperature of a canine is around 101.5.  Hope this helps, Good-Luck

They also lactate during false pregnancy and if their is a hormonal issue. The only way to confirm pregnancy is to see your vet and having ultrasound or x-ray done at the appropriate times are standard protocol for pregnancy. There is also a blood test which can be done mid-way and depending on what point you may be at your vet may be able to tell by palpating the abdomen if just confirmation is your concern right now. You should probably consult your vet.

My dog also is leaking milk and I know for a fact that she isn't pregnant.  I found out that dogs can go through false pregnancy  My dog has done several times since I found out and I can last for a month or two about the same time as a real pregnancy in dogs.

Yes she is and will be giving birth to her puppies within around 24 hours as lactation is a sign of imminent birthing.

Likely or your dog could have what is called false pregnancy, it happens when your breeds but she is spayed, her body thinks it is pregnant and gets ready for puppies if so it should wear off in a few days, is she spayed?

Well it could also be a false pregnancy  my dachshund when through that a few times before I had to get her fixed because it started to make her sick    she started to go into heat and about 3 days after she started I found a litter of kittens in my backyard I took them in with in 24 hours she stopped her heat sycle and started to produce milk the vet said that is was ok this time because of the baby's but if it continued we should think about fixing her because it can start infections  and it did continue so we had her fixed

Any responsible owner should know if she mated around 9 weeks ago and could be pregnant. So did she?  If not she just could be having a pseudo pregnancy ,which can also sometimes result in milk production.
