Dog Has Swollen Upper Lips, Red Eyes, And Is Vomiting. Will Not Eat. Does Anyone Have A Clue What Could Be The Problem? The Vet Is Out In The Field And Has Not Returned Our Call.

Your dog is having allergic reaction. This can be due to side effects of medicines, insect bite, etc. Symptoms of allergic reactions are

1. Red eyes
2. Watery eyes
3. Itching
   
4. Hives
5. Diarrhea
6. Vomiting
7. Lips swelling
8. Breathing problems

Physical examination is needed before start of treatment. Usually, anti allergy medicines are used but oxygen administration is recommended for breathing problems. So, take your dog to vet for physical examination and treatment.

Sounds like some kind of allergic reaction, I would check the animals enviroment and make sure that there is nothing she can get into.
