You would have to speak the veterinarians that may perform the surgery since there can be other factors. Generally if an eye needs to be removed it needs to be done quickly (not something that can be put off at all) and definitely needs to be done regardless of cost. The responsible party needs to find a way to get it done however that is or surrender them so it can be done. I hope you are just asking and your kitty is okay.
