It is possible that your dog might had head trauma or ear infection. Both can lead to a conditions called vestibular disease. Although there can be central vestibular disease but dogs usually have peripheral vestibular disease. This problem can be due to

  3. Middle ear polyps
  4. Head trauma
  5. Thiamine deficiency
  6. Toxicity due to some medicines
