My 16 year old American Eskimo/Golden Retriever mix just lost her appetite today and has been drooling for the past 2 days. Not sure about her stool, as she goes outside to use the bathroom. She has started to keep her distance from us today. She is?

Sudden excessive drooling without an obvious cause (such as a brand new addition to the household) is something to have the vet check out even if there aren't other indications such as the lack of appetite. It isn't usually a sign of a cold but can be a sign of other illness, pain, injury, nausea and things like that. Your vet will have a better idea of what may be going on after they are able to check her out and talk to you about everything. I hope she's feeling better soon.

Could be but shes getting old too and the old body isn't what it used to be and is slowing down too, so this could simply be old age but only a Vet would know for sure here
