Our Dog Has Two Red Spots On Inner Thigh - Close To Genitals - One On Each Leg. There Is A Third Red Spot, A Little Bigger Off To The Side. They Are Not Raised And No Hair Is Missing. They Do Not Seem To Be Bothering Him Either. What Could They Be?
