My Cat Is Bleeding From Her Tail What Should I Do?

My cat has a cut so it seems on his tail but is constantly at it and makes it worse and it bleeds when he is at it. What can I do?

My cat is too. We just found blood all over it and he has a 2in. Cut on his tail. We have no clue how it happened, but we can't take him to the vet,because he is a very mean cat to strangers. My dad said that it will heal, so it will be okay soon enough. If your cat is nice I would bring him to the vet right away!
