Bronchitis is not an airborn virus or transmitted, but rather, the result of either infection due to cold or allergies. It is a condition, which is treatable, but is not normally transmitted in the fashion in which you describe. Maybe your dog can catch the same cold, whether it becomes bronchual is a different story. Have your vet check him out.
