First, may I start by saying... Eewwww!

Dogs do eat the darndest things!

Now for the good news... There is no documented transfer of Hepatitis C from Canine to human or visa versa... In fact, Hepatitis C can not be grown in animal cells at all.  There is a canine Hepatitis virus... But they are different viral strands that do not cross over... on top of that, Hepatitis C is transmitted blood to blood.. So even if the viruses were the same and could cross species... Unless there was fresh blood in the vomit, and an open wound somewhere in the dogs upper GI... It still wouldn't have happened.

So although I wouldn't kiss her for a while... You shouldn't have anything to worry about.
