Ear mites are not zoonotic so humans don't get them. You should take your kitten to the vet to have it treated though.

There is a possibility that human can get infected from ear mites from kittens or any other pet for that matter. But it is highly unlikely. But you must be very careful. Take the kitten to a vet, he will probably give you ear drops. You will have problems administering them to your kitten so be tactful. And wash your hands thoroughly after you are done.
