Take him to the vet. My dog has cushings. We just gave him lysodren. He now can't walk and wont eat. I just force fed him an anti nausea medication that he was prescribed. I literally had to pry his mouth open, drop it in, and then hold his mouth closed and upward. I then had to make sure that he swallowed it.

If you are needing to fake him out to get him to take meds you can crush up and mix into a small portion of cream cheese.  Then spread cheese onto a piece of bologna.  If he is not eating his regular food, try mixing in about a 1/3 of a can of green beans into his bowl of food.  If nothing else works, make small meatballs made of ground turkey (or beef if you prefer), then after after cooking, crush 1 dose of medication and insert into meatball with a slice halfway through..  Best wishes!
