Is lysodren  pill  or liquid form?have you tried wet and soft dog food I would try pedigree wet and if that does not work then try hard do food with one cup of chicken broth on top.also add the wet dog food gather to gather and mix

Keep it on antibiotics an keep making it drink like every 20 mins
