Carrying pups in their mouth is the best way for them to move them or reposition them.it does look dangerous I know.but their motherly instincts usually tell them to be gentle.we had a litter of boxers last night actually and it is sometimes is unnerving to watch them be picked up by those big jaws,but our girls have not hurt one yet.
