You should probably call your Vet to be sure but my Hound has gotten chicken bones before and he's fine. If she's a big dog and he chewed it up, the Vet will probably tell you just keep an eye on her for a couple of days. But, to be safe? Go ahead and call your Vet anyway. Better safe than sorry.
Rooster is spot on. I just wanted to add the reason why chicken bones aren't safe for dogs is because of their size and sharpness when broken. They can become lodged in the throat causing the dog to choke. So if she isn't chocking, they should pass without harm.
Hope everything turns out ok, best wishes.
Give your dog a meal of cooked rice. The rice will act as a buffer during digestion. Your dog should be fine, but as an added precaution monitor your dog's poops for a while and look for signs of blood.
