If she is coming is to season that often I would wonder if you have any female dogs in the house or in your surrounding yards some times the sent of an other female in heat can cause then to go in to heat as well, I wold make sure its her in heat thought because sometimes if they go in to heat that often they can develop a pyometra which is an infection in the uterus that can be deadly if not treated
