Hyperthyroidism causes increased thirst, increased urination, large appetite in the face of weight, vomiting, and behavioral changes. The problem could also be primarily with the gastrointestinal tract. Inflammatory bowel disease, lymphoma, and small intestinal bacterial overgrowth are a few of the problems that could cause these signs. Imaging (x-ray or ultrasound) may be needed to view the gastrointestinal tract.
