Eye discharge in the dogs can develop due to irritation in the eyes or abnormal tear drainage. Irritation in the eyes can be due to bacterial/viral infection of conjunctiva, glaucoma, and problems in the eyelids and eyelashes. Eye discharge can be bloody, yellow-green, cloudy, watery or gray.

Some breeds of dogs have hairs in the eye that can cause eye irritations and watery eyes. Sometimes, watery eyes condition results when skin hairs reach to eyes
So, it will be good to take your dog to vet. For most appropriate treatment.
