Vaccines of the rabies usually contain dead viruses and can be given to pregnant dogs. But as a general rule, no vaccine should be given during pregnancy in dogs. Vaccines that contains live viruses might not be dangerous for mother dogs but can be fatal for puppies. So, live vaccines should not be used in pregnant dogs by any means. Vaccines that don't contain live viruses can be used by it will be more better not to use until delivery of puppies.

Vaccination is an important and necessary procedure in all pets that should not be neglected. Getting advice from vets and professionals on this regard will help you and your animal a lot. So, you should discuss this matter with your vet.

I'm having the same question! I honestly am not sure if my dog is pregnant. She's got a hard big belly and her nipples are swollen. I need to know if she is or isn't so she can get her shot
