You could do one of two things, you can wait and see, or you can take her to the vet and have a test done. But I would think that if she is lactating, then the odds are pretty high that she is. You should at least call a vets office and see if she is too young to have the litter, or if they think it will be o.k. Hope this helps, good luck.
