Why Is My Dog Leaking Clear Stuff From Her Vagina And She Has Discharge Coming From Her Nipples?

Your dog may be pregnant and close to delivery.  Another is cause is a pseudopregnancy--this occurs when the body thinks it is pregnant but there is no fetus.  A false pregnancy will cause dogs to experience many of the signs of pregnancy including milk production.  These are likely causes if your dog was in heat approximately 2 months ago.
If your dog has not been in heat recently or is spayed then she needs to be examined by a veterinarian.  
A veterinarian can also help you determine if she is pregnant or if this is a pseudopregnancy.  This distinction is important.
A vaginal cytology will be done to examine the discharge.  This will rule out any problems like an infection.

You may want to have her checked out for a urinary tract infection. It is important to seek treatment for a UTI as soon as possible as they require treatment and can spread becoming MAJOR problems for our pets. Incontinence or other infection is also an option but you need to have her seen to be sure.

The same thing is happening with my dog tonight.  And she's acting a little skiddish.  Did you ever find out from the vet what this was?  My dog has been spayed.  I wonder if it's that 'pseuo pregnancy' that someone mentioned.

My female dog is having the same problem and has stopped urinating today.  My vet is checking her today. He said this could be a bladder infection or could be signs of diabetes.

First, is she spayed? If not could she have gotten tied with another dog? If she has not been spayed and wound up with a male she could be pregnant. If that is not possible, she could have an infection and should seek vetranary attention.

Probably in heat ,Better get her fixed if you don't want puppies
