Check the PH level in the water. If it is to high, your fish will dart around real fast. You can buy PH fix at any local pet supplier. Proper PH level is between 6.5 and 7 for pond type fish.
If the PH level is close to being correct. Your fish may be starting to spawn. Goldfish get really
active during spawning.
