They are in need of oxygen.. Get a bubble rock or something and make sure you have plenty of filtration. Get the water moving somehow, if you can't buy needed items find a small fan to blow on top of water. Find a way to get some $$$$ goldfish need space .

Orandra gold fish, really need a lot of oxygen, you really don't have to buy any items that blows bubbles. It's better for the the oranda  fish and any other fish do get their oxygen naturally by going up they will longer that way and it is natural reaction, your oranda goldfish is just properly just rubbing the old scale of they would do it for a few weeks. "to get the old colour of and new colour out ". Plus I have 4 oranda my self so a pretty know much what em I doing. And also your fish will live longer if the get their oxygen naturally and trust me I know
