My dog was acting drunk yesterday. He is usually a very lively dog that never sits still. All of a sudden he could not focus on anything, his head was tilted to the side and he was moving his head in a circular motion. Also he could not keep his balance and kept falling over. I took him to the vet right away and they did blood work and checked his vitals which were all normal. They did give him fluids under his skin because he was slightly dehydrated. I took him home and he slept for a while, then he started acting normal again. It was very scary, but the vet had no clue what was wrong with him. I know he didn't get into anything poisionous (eg antifreeze) but he may have got into something that I didn't know about. Anyways this was very scary for me and I would recommend taking any pet to the vet immediately if they are acting this way.
