Your dog might be pregnant if she mated during her last heat periods because nipple growth along with loss of appetite, reduced activities and affectionate behavior can be signs of pregnancy which appear 3-4 weeks after mating. If your dog was not mated then she might be having some infection or false pregnancy. If your dog is also showing other signs of pregnancy then take her to vet for confirmation.
