If they go into season the can become pregnant but is not recommended and generally avoided. Your best option would be to speak to your vet about a spay and termination or possibly the mismate shot and it's risks (often leading to spay) if she was going ot be evaluated for breeding later on instead of continuing with the pregnancy.
Your girl wouldn't be physically or mentally or emotionally mature enough to properly raise a litter of pups and she is higher risk for problems. Carrying a litter to term while she is not done growing can also cause long term problems. She needs everything for growth right now, that won't happen if her body is also trying to nourish a litter of pups and there just won't be enough to go around for anyone. For her, it can and does lead to long term bone and joint problems (such as things like rickets ect.) later on down the line in particular. There is no way to be sure everyone gets what they need safely.
