What Other Coldwater Fish Will Get Along With My Two Goldfish?

To be honest with you, I have had fish and been learning about them for about 2 to 3 years now, and there really is not a lot that goes along with goldfish. They might get "along" with most other fish, but unless you have a very large fish tank, most freshwater fish you can buy prefer more "tropical" water then the colder water goldfish prefer. Also, goldfish produce high levels of ammonia which some fish cannot stand in those high of levels.

There are many types of goldfish though, depending on the size of your tank, you can find many different types that get along with each other and don't just have the plain old gold color.
