If you really want to give your cat milk, then buy a pet milk specifically for cats and dogs. It has then had the lactose removed. Many many cats are lactose intolerant and will get tummy upsets, diarrhoea, allergies and even excema from drinking cows milk.
Although cats like tepid/luke-warm milk, you must never give a cat hot milk. It will burn not only their mouth, but throat etc .. Just as if you yourself drank a cup of too-hot liquid.
