Why Does My Border Terrier Eat Dog Pooh?

Nothing I do not think. I tried everything with my dog. I have a chocolate brown Labrador and she does the same but only certain types of pooh. I heard that they smell food in the faeces so thats why they eat it. I hope this helps you. I don't think we can do anything about it unless you control her sniffing away. Meaning by keeping her on a long lead like I do then you have control.

To get the enzymes lacking in her own food. Try raw fresh pineapple if she'll eat it, just a little peace with her meal, did the trick for my dog but I also feed raw food.
