It sounds like your dog has two aural (ear) hematomas (blood blister).  These occur when blood vessels break between the skin and the cartilage of the ear.  Trauma is a common cause--from itching or scratching or trauma from playing with other dogs.  Your dog needs to be examined by a veterinarian and will need these surgically opened, have the blood clot removed, and then have the skin tacked down to the cartilage.  They need to be tacked to prevent them from refilling.
