Your Lab will only breed when she's in heat which is approximately every 6 months. Some say you can breed them every time they're in heat...and you can but, I feel it's better on the female to let her rest during the next 'heat' after giving birth.
Of course, you need to also consider your reasons for breeding her especially, regarding the over population concerns.
