My wee puppy 15 weeks old had his worming tablet last night(drontal) and today his stool was runny with a little blood and with a long thing about 2" long which looked like a noodle is he ok

Most  worms look  like cup of noodles well I got a puppy  a few days ago  the goodest thing to do would  take  it to the vet
