Could be nothing, could be abnormal. It's 24 hours so your vet will check and be sure to mention it at your post whelp exam (24 hours after). They'll check to be sure things went okay (no rupture or hemorrhage) and to be sure there isn't anything to retained (like placenta or decaying pups) to cause infection and if she needs an injection to help clean her out a little faster and let you know the signs of things like eclampsia and mastitis and a whole bunch of other things that you need to watch for now.
