Your rabbit is probably just cold unless she is pulling fur off her stomach if she is just making a nest just leave her to it if she is pulling hair off her stomach then she is probably going to have babies if she is then she must have been put with a male at the pet shop but make make sure that she isn't just moulting as spring is here.
