Not a lot you can do other than give her some additional foods to try to dilute it. It will not hurt her if it was just a little. Most animals do not like coffee. Matter of fact, I have used coffee grounds to keep animals (mainly dogs) out of my garbage. Are you sure she did not get into something else? I don't mean to doubt you but you may want to make sure. A little coffee should not make a dog run like this.
