You are doing the right thing, by going to see the vet. The puppy's stomach may be distended because of worms,diet,or possible internal problem. The blue spots could be hemorrhages,trauma,some disease process,have a blood disorder,eaten mouse poison,etc...Need to take a stool sample to the vet.
