All cats should poop every day. A baby kitten will go a couple times a day. If the baby is only in the weeks old, you need to wipe its bottom with a washcloth to imitate the mother. A baby kitten will not know how to pee or poop by itself. You must wash the baby's bottom a few times a day until it can learn to go on it's own.
