Do not use rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide on this cut. They both will hurt terribly and are damaging to the tissue. Clean the cut with gentle anti-bacterial hand soap. Keep your cat from rubbing the cut with an Elizabethan Collar. Seek veterinary medical attention if the cut becomes infected.
