I am concerned that what you are seeing is part of her tongue that has become injured or devitalized. Her teeth may be overgrown and cutting or growing into her tongue. This could also be tissue from another area in the oral cavity.
This is not normal and needs to be examined by a veterinarian. At some point this may lead to her not eating or drinking; these are serious complications.
