Possibly,I just found a baby turtle with a black and bright orange shell,it has yellow lines on his head,we are debating if it is poisonous to my knowledge it is not poisonous.also,I have heard that there are 7 different types of poisonous turtles that I know of they could kill you in 5-10 seconds of touching it's shell or it could leave you almost completely paralyzed but I'm guessing it's not poisonous
