I would consider this an Emergency and If I was you, I would get off your computer right this second and get your dog to a vet FAST, because that is the only person qualified to help your dog! Depending on how serious this situation is and what caused these symptoms, then you need to not waste anymore time that your dog doesn't have and get it to a vet NOW! You may lose him if you do!
