Yes! Has he/she experienced menses? (Or, in lay terms, been in heat?) I would suggest taking the pet to a vet, at the time of labor, to see if a cesarean is required. It MAY be!, since an immature pet may be unable to birth a puppy! (Much like it is more dangerous for a teenager to be pregnant/give birth.)
