I think this is something that you should at least talk to a vet about, or call the SPCA, and see if they can tell you anything about this, they would best be able to tell you if these are a good mix, and if they will be healthy. You might end up having to take your pup in to have xrays done too. Hope this helps, good luck.

Hey! The Pomeranian may be too young and may not have been fully matured, therefore endangering the lives of the puppies as well as herself!! You must consult you're vet ASAP! Just in case! It is better safe then sorry!

Yes your Pomeranian can have healthy puppies.  Usually the first heat cycle does not result in a pregnancy though it can.  If the mother and father are very different in size I would be concerned that the puppies may be too big to be delivered naturally.
I always tell all people who breed dogs to set aside $1000-1500 in case of problems during birth.  Most dogs start labor at night and if they need a C-section will have it at the emergency clinic in the area.
Gestation (pregnancy) lasts 63-66 days.  Uterine enlargement can be palpated by day 26 in most cases.  Ultrasound is the earliest and most reliable way to diagnose pregnancy.  This can be done as early as day 20-22 but more reliably at day 26.  Fetal skeletons calcify at day 45 and then they can be seen on x-rays.
Pregnant dogs need appropriate care--especially nutrition during pregnancy.  Please consult with your veterinarian about appropriate pre-natal care and pregnancy diagnosis.

You should consult your vet on possibly getting a Cesarian for you dog, for the size of the pups, so as not to harm you dog's "areas" during the birthing process

It may happen but just to make sure you should go to the vet they might take an x-ray to se if it is pregnant.
Or maybe the pregnancy might show in a few days go to www.petpom.com and read some good information.
