They have long eye lashes that keeps the sand out of their eyes. Plus those "humps" can conserve water for a later use. It can cool them down in the heat.

Its them and it hides on the ocean floor and it swims away as fast as it can and it rams its enemy

They are the largest predator. Maybe their defense has something to do with these: They have about 3000 teeth, arranged in several rows. The first two rows of teeth are used for grabbing and cutting prey, while the teeth in the last rows rotate into place when front teeth are broken, worn down, or fall out. The teeth are triangularly shaped with serrations on the edges
