He needs to have his distemper/parvo combination booster. This will need to be repeated every 3-4 weeks until he is 16 weeks of age. Depending upon local laws rabies vaccination is given between 3-6 months of age. Other vaccinations depend upon prevalence of diseases in your area and life style of your puppy.
Also your puppy should have a fecal examination performed and 2 rounds of deworming.
Most puppies are neutered between 4-6 months of age.
