Take the puppy to a vet. It could be any number of things that is causing him/her to be weak. The fact he/she is off food is a sure sign something is wrong. don't wait ~ puppies are small and can get real sick quickly, and a visit to a vet is the vet is the best thing you can do for your puppy.
