I breed pits so when I have pups if I have them in the kennel ill hang like 1 or 2 tub socks so they can get them and they love it they will spend most of they time tryin to get that sock and it get them ready for a spring pole
My pit had the same problem for quite a while. This sounds funny, but buy an alarm clock that you have to wind and that you can hear tick. When you leave, cover her kennel and put the alarm clock right by the kennel. Apparently this reminds the pup of the mother's heartbeat but I don't know. It worked for my pup though.
Give him some benadryl. Help him go to sleep :)
Your pitbull could be lonely or it may be restless.
Try putting on the radio at night quietly so that your puppy wouldn't think he is alone.
You can also buy him a toy from your local animal shop but make sure that is a kong labled toy
because other toys can damage its dentures

The alarm clock works our vet tells his clients to. But a soft plushie teddy bear worked with our pup. Puppies should not be sold til 12 weeks, because their parents help them learn pack like behavior. My pit was given to us a six weeks and I kinda wish we would of waited longer. I feel it would of helped him in the long run.
