It's generally only your long term regular vet that may be able to risk payments and sometimes they just can't afford it. You can see if your history is good enough that a friend or family member can loan you the money with collateral and a contract stating terms and payments that you can and will make. You can see if your local shelter has a low cost clinic attached. Or you may have to make the hard decision to surrender your pup to the shelter so he/she can get the necessary care they need and deserve and be re-homed.
